Conference Kits

A major corporation's engineering department hosted a virtual conference spanning three days and required customized gift kits for each attendee. These kits had to be delivered across the United States and Canada, one week before the conference began. Within a two-week timeframe, we successfully managed to conceptualize, produce, kit, ship, and deliver these customized kits to all attendees, both domestically and internationally.

We carefully curated three distinct kits, one for each day of the conference, with the intention of fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie among participants. Each kit contained thoughtfully selected products aimed at enhancing the virtual conference experience. Additionally, a personalized card was included in each kit to express gratitude to the recipients for their participation in the event.
