RED Promotions Named Among PPAI’s Greatest Companies To Work For in Promotional Products 2023

 

Celebrating Success in the Industry

Each year, since 2011, PPAI (Promotional Products Association International) has organized this highly anticipated contest where employees cast their votes leading to the selection of the industry’s finest companies. The list includes distributors, suppliers, and business services firms that represent the diverse scope of our industry.

From small teams, with as few as five employees, to larger organizations, boasting nearly 1,300 staff members, the winning companies demonstrate the breadth of talent and dedication in our field. This achievement reflects our commitment to creating an outstanding workplace for everyone at RED Promotions.

The Road to Success: The Competition Process

The competition, which began in March, is open to all PPAI member companies in the U.S. and Canada with at least five full-time employees. Firms must be nominated by an employee to compete. They submit a roster of employees, who then receive a questionnaire asking them to rate their employer on a range of topics, from “I am confident about my future at this company,” to “I have a good benefits package compared to other companies,” and “This company operates by strong values and ethics.”

Out of numerous contenders, this year, 67 companies earned the honors.
